The first thing that I noticed coming into Sherbourne Station was the dim lighting.
I'm not sure if it's the result of construction, but the ceiling of the station seems to just end at some point, with a single row of fluorescent lights continuing on.
I used to use visit Sherbourne quite frequently, depending on where I was headed. My old apartment was an equal distance from Sherbourne, Castle Frank, and College Station, so I planned accordingly.
When I was heading west, it was particularly nice to be ahead of the crowds that would eventually get on at Bloor/Yonge.
Sherbourne is also where you can find the TTC photo ID facility.
